Unlike
the Center for Integrated Therapies' regular therapy program, CFIT
Express was designed for people who are interested in quick relief
from pain or stress and are not interested in an overall therapy
plan. CFIT Express offers
massage, Reiki, reflexology and counseling (nutritional, smoking
cessation, emotional, substance abuse, etc.) on a pay-as-you-go
basis. Special arrangements can be made for employers who
would like to offer these services to their employees are part of
their benefits package.
- Massage: $50 for 1 hour or 2 for $90; $30 for
1/2 hour; $15 for a 15 minute chair massage
- Reflexology: $50 for 1 hour or 2 for $90; $30
for 1/2 hour
- Reiki: $50 for 1 hour or 2 for $90; $30 for
1/2 hour
- Counseling: $50 per session
for Smoking Cessation; $50 per session for Nutritional
Counseling; $60 per hour for Psychosocial counseling; and $50 per
hour for Hypnotherapy.
- Acupuncture: $85 for 1 hour. Initial visit will be
slightly longer and includes a consultation. The
rates are set by our acupuncturist, a licensed N.D.
Services must be paid for at time of
visit*. Appointments are recommended, but not always
necessary. Call the office to see what is available for the
day you wish to come in. We accept Visa, MasterCard and
Discover as well as checks, money orders and cash.
Massage, Reiki and reflexology make great

*While clients receiving therapies
through CFIT's therapy regimen program may use their insurance
coverage to pay for services, those participating in CFIT Express
must pay at the time of service. We accept cash, checks ,
money orders, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
