What's New at CFIT
CFIT is now Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC) certified. Here's
what you'll need when you visit CFIT for your BWC needs:
- A copy of your BWC number
- An authorization number from your BWC case worker. If you don't have
one, we can assist you in obtaining one.
- Your employers name, address and phone number, the date of your accident
and the nature of your accident.
Please let our scheduler know that you will be using your BWC benefits when
making your appointment.
Acupuncture
We are currently looking for a licensed Acupuncturist. If you are an
Acupuncturist or know someone who is, please call our office. This is a
part time opportunity.
Face Lift
CFIT is getting a face lift! Beginning Monday, August 2nd, CFIT will be
painting the offices and new front curtains will be added. We're using an
oriental theme throughout the offices. Look for new carpeting to be
installed in the coming months. If you'd like to help with the carpeting
or decorating, please call our office at (216) 227-8668. We can use all
the help we can get!
Herbal Supplements and Natural Products
NOW® products are available at CFIT.
Vitamins, organic foods, essential oils, organic bath products and much more can
be bought through CFIT. Call the office at (216) 227-8668 to have a
catalog mailed to you or stop by to pick up a catalog.
